Very much a case of quality over quantity! Not a huge amount of cars
Perfect colour combo with that T top - I've always wondered what's the wind buffeting like with the t-bar open compared to a traditional cabriolet?
Has it broken down or did you write it off?Would quote happily move the XR2 on but can never see the GR leaving my garage.

Beautiful.View attachment 19398
Not broken or written off just not used since I got the GR. Was my fun car but my new daily covers fun very well.
I had a mint Mk1 with the Kent engine... Sold it in 88 when I was posted to Cyprus at the last minute… In hindsight I should have kept it (like many of the bikes I’ve had) but you live and learnView attachment 19398

Does go very well and would beat my M135 off the line but since getting the GR has lived in my lock up.Beautiful.
And I've just read it's got a 2.0 Zetec engine. It must go very well indeed.
At last count 36 cars and 34 bikes. My RD500LC was sold when posted from Germany to Outer Hebrides really should have kept that bike.I had a mint Mk1.. That's a proper, non-partisan genuine car appreciator/enthusiast's history right there in my humble opinion - love it.Well if we're talking first cars :

Had one of these ever since, but always a normal car too . . .
Alfa Romeo 75TS, Lancia Delta, Citroen AX, Citroen BX, Citroen CX, Citroen ZX, Seat Ibiza (mapped), Mk3 MX-5, Alfa Romeo Mito QV, Toyota GT-86, Volvo V60 Polestar (only regretful sale), Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce, Mercedes C200 Kompressor (20 yr old stop-gap car) , Toyota GR-86
You definitely should have kept the RD.. Same for the three BMW Boxer Cup’s I had… One had everything.. very expensive yokes, Ohlins, cast discs and big calipersAt last count 36 cars and 34 bikes. My RD500LC was sold when posted from Germany to Outer Hebrides really should have kept that bike.

That car is still on the road and owned by a 2cvGB memberThat's a proper, non-partisan genuine car appreciator/enthusiast's history right there in my humble opinion - love it.
Great use of the 2CV in one of my all-time favourite films too...
