Long time ...it's time for an update
After taking the car out of hibernation in mid-June I installed the complete brake cooling kit and shims from hrnshn-racing.
You have to cut away some sheetmetal from the shield to leave room for the tubeholder, the original brake caliper adapters are in the way for the airflow but you can't avoid that.
looking good
It's tight between my 255/40x17 on 9's and the 3D-printed channel, so tight that the zip-tie were worn off. But when the zip-tie was gone also the sound of something rubbing was also gone. You don't need the zip-tie.
Mr hrnshn hinted about turning the tube so it flexes away from the cv-boot when you turn the steering wheel, it seems to work and my cv-boot's are still untouched.
I soaked the 3D-printed tube in water for some day's to take away some brittleness.
I also tied some zip-tie around the tube and the banjo-bolt on the caliper to keep the tube away (not in the pic).
And then some hrnshn shims and a change to ATE 200 brakefluid.
from this 12,45kg "small" 52Ah battery
to this 2,45kg Lithium battery, 16Ah and 1000 CCA, monitoring is possible with the BM6-app
Rear axle: - I got a Track-ace thingie so I can check toe in 5 minutes, and it was way off so ...wheel alignment next showed a lot out toe-out right-rear and a whole lot of toe-in left-rear, not good was an understatement and it was due to a not so tightened camber bracket left-rear.
Rearaxle: - I restored the old setting
Front axle: - restored; it was just the left toe that was a bit off, so the MCA camber lock-bolts had held up perfectly. The caster is also perfect, on a lhd car it has to have a tad more on the right or you have to manually hold the car up against the mid of the road all the time.
It's great to have a friendly modern tire shop very close and just let them hang on and connect the equipment and then do the adjustment yourself.

In late August I took the car on the transporter to Nurburgring, this time a few weeks earlier ...which was a mistake as it way more crowded and it was not crowded with experienced drivers.
While queing on Sunday afternoon I met @HRNSHN-Racing and chatted a bit, nice to meet you
Well, It was a lot of yellows- and reds- and incidents so the track closed earlier every day and even very very early 1-2 days. So the only good laps I got was the first lap on Monday and Wednesday, I almost equaled my best time on the last opening lap even though I was not pushing and often leaving the car in a lower gear and not revving. So 8:36,25 vs last years 8:35,50 pushlap. Booth me and the car are ready for 8:15-8:20 with a warmed up car in medium traffic. I'm not a dare devil so I didn't want/dare to push with cold/unknown pressure and unknown track conditions.
The car drives like a dream, the wheel alignment was really spot on. It was a big difference to have bucket seats, the impact of G-forces now goes through your whole body not just the arms when you don't need to hang on to the steering wheel. And a lot of the bumpyness felt like it was gone with the bucket seats in place.
My own driving gets better and better for every visit, and I'll get faster while also having a more relaxed and safe drive.
ready to leave for the ring ...and I left at 00.30am Sunday morning

The aftermath, 2 set's of trackday wheels cleaned and ready for next year.
Pics on the wall from Nurburgring with my cars, last Easter I was there with the 911 and in May this year I was there with the 924S with a 3liter S2-engine.
