Goodwood has been ruined now. It was going the wrong way 13yrs ago when I was last there. You could see the decline, lot of the manufacturers dropped away a bit and this is probably it's full of Chinese fridges now. Tickets are insane for what it is

I still think Goodwood is the best event for motorheads to get up close to everything dynamically. Nowhere else can you see, hear and smell them on full beans and then be next to them in the paddock and chat to the driver. Had a nice chat with Johnny Herbert yesterday. That included the Indy500 earlier this year and Le mans.
