GR86 Goodbye :-( and hello again 😀

Money and insurance docs sent to Toyota. Picking up tomorrow afternoon. Had a look around the car earlier which looked good. Only gripe is that they drilled the rear plate when I asked them not to! Not a massive deal, I mean, there has to be a plate there anyway, not like you can drive without one. Can always stick my private plate on and it would look cleaner with sticky pads. TBF, most of them I’ve seen had drilled plates, annoyed me more than it should (there is a trend there …) 😊

Told not to valet as the car looked very clean, don’t want no sponge near that virgin paint, only I get to touch that 😊

Get yourself a big 'f**k off sized sign to put in the car when it comes to service time. For my previous vehicle I had this plastic one made up in A3 size, and put suckers on to stick it on the inside of the windscreen so that even the fag-smoking jetwash monkeys could see it. Never had any problem after that ...

Pleased to report the car is in great shape and home safe. Couldn’t be happier with it. Immaculate, single digit delivery miles and in pristine condition from what I can see. Pitch black though so can’t get a decent pic but will upload tomorrow 😊

Love it already and those worries have melted away. Glad I hung in there. Very pleased!
