GR Yaris Fun Times in the GR4

Had a proper clean inside and out today, thanks to @Philevo6

Just need an exterior shot of the clean car now - but looks 💯

It come round quick doesn't it?! My anniversary next week too!

It come round quick doesn't it?! My anniversary next week too!
It does, in fact I collected GRY #2, 6 months ago today - so oil change and "'safety check'" scheduled for next week.

Had the pleasure of Maintaining this Car today and giving it a check over... The IGL quartz ceramic coating is still working perfect as it should. Wheels still beading. The car has Superb gloss and easy to clean. I just need my own GR now. 😂..

Few snaps....

Arrived back on Friday from a 2k mile trip to see family in South west France. 🌻

Car was flawless, no dramas other than a deer 🦌 running across the road  and we managed to bring some plonk back on our return. 🍷
Average MPG was 35, which was better than expected, with air con on when we wanted it and it managed to stay cold even when the temp was north of 40º. ☀️

The car just managed to drive up the Eurotunnel train ramp without the TRD splitter grounding out, although on our return journey I was on the lower deck with a carriage all to ourselves, which was much better.

Autoroutes nice and easy and I used the radar cruise, which is surprisingly good on long motorway trips. We also made the wise decision to get a tag for the tolls, which makes such a difference at the péage.

We didn't see any other GR's at all on our trip and the first time we stopped to visit somewhere we had a guy taking photos of the car, who visits the Monte every year and is a big rally fan.

We managed to visit a car meet with my brother in law who owns several RX8's and despite the language barrier the locals were intrigued because the GR Yaris is such a rare car in France.

A few photos from the car meet below.

That's a lot of flies, bet they were well stuck to the front. Not surprised your GR performed faultlessly without drama, it's a good little package.
Not at all.....so easy to remove...its been ceramic coated.;)(y)

Fancy sharing setup?
Probably going for geo myself tomorrow after new bushes and camber bolts install, so still gathering info.

Switched air filters and went for a K&N this time.

Airtec on the left, K&N on the right.
