GR Yaris Fuel tank internal access

I have some fuel catalyst pellets that need inserting into the tank. Checking with a piece of flexy hose the end does not make it into the fuel which was what I was expecting. Does anyone know the best course of action, ie remove pump or maybe there is a connector between the tank and filler. This is a one off operation as these things last for ever.

May I suggest you stick them up your exhaust to help the catalyst because as I am sure you know chemistry is magic.
