Hi I got my replacement /spear from Toyota but not clear about £40

It is easy to map the centre of the eye socket and drill the cover to let the hook remain fitted,. I bought a spare cover just in case and to sell the car with. So far no issues and it beats the gaping hole left when the cover is removed for track days.

What a great job looks so much better than leaving the cover off and fitting the standard eye..
