GR86 Front number plate mount - Size?

Does anyone know the dimensions of the plinth that the number plate bracket bolts/screws onto?

I would have thought that 12 square inches of 3M tape would be pretty substantial 🤔 I guess the bottom of the plate will bend backwards at speed until it touches the grill if there is no support behind it 🤔

I did think the same. Will probably attach a soft bit of rubber behind the middle of the plate that rests on the grill.

Something like a bit of pipe lagging and some Gorrilla tape my do the trick , looking forward to seeing how it works out 👍😎
 
Looks as though that plinth will be fastened to the 12x1 strip at the top of the bumper. 🤔
