GR86 Front Bumper Question

Unfortunately a narrow car park entrance got me and I have a small scrape on the bottom of the black fin circled in the image below
My question is, are these fins separate from the main bumper and therefore can they be popped of and replaced?

As you look at the car is the right side, I assume these listings are from the driver perspective so I would need LH?
