GR Yaris Fed up with waiting so bought used

[GRgrampa]

Ordered my KA9 order in June 2021 and they still can't give me a delivery date! So when this one came up for sale I took the plunge and collected it yesterday.

May 2022, CP, 5K miles. Purchased new by a lovely guy with the user name Y90GR.

Well done there!

Already run in and looks like it might have a few bits n bobs on it too!

Actually just looked at the original for sale advert.

You've got a good one there! Nice selection of mods.

Saved yourself a few £ if you were add them from scratch.

[GRgrampa]

Yes I'm very pleased with the outcome.

A number of the mods, including gold wheels, I had planned to do myself, so ticked a good few boxes.

[Silver Fox]

Looks superb, love the gold wheels with that colour. Hope you enjoy the car.

Nice. I'll keep an eye out. The alloys work well with it

[CerN]

I've never been a huge fan of neither red paint, nor gold wheels. But with this car it just works! It looks amazing! How much is it lowered?

[GRgrampa]

I'm not entirely certain but I think its 25mm.

The installation and set up was done by String Theory so I plan on speaking with them shortly to find out the exact damper settings and geometry.

[Omen]

Congratulations, beautiful colour combination @GRgrampa

As the car has already been lowered I'd recommend you get some string theory spacers fitted to get the ultimate stance as wheels do look a little lost in the arches. I went through this process myself when I lowered mine & very happy with how it looks now.

[Onehp]

I like how it looks, functional and stylish. Doesn't need to be a show car. Imho.

[Orphan Boy]

Congratulations to you Sir

Nice car you got there. I also saw the original ad. As others have said, some choice mods. Great buy. Get the spacers from String Theory and it’ll be perfect!

Not sure about spacers yet. I might put some on the rear but that is likely to induce understeer. I don't want to put any on the front as that will mess with the geo. 1st world problems.

For that money it needs a TRD splitter, skirts, rear diffuser and 4 pipe exhaust. It also needs an alcantara steering wheel and of course an armrest and side stripes, goddam motherhumping TRD super terrific happy japaneeeese side stripes!!
