Oh I drive / ride a few things and I don’t want to deskill myself. I’m not even that good at heel and toe so I definitely don’t want to forget what limited muscle memory I have.

Planning to have a dedicated track car which doesn’t have this as well

It's for straight roads with average speed cameras on cruise control driving. Nottinghamshire in general 😟
 
About weight distribution. LHD with 25 petrol litters

City driving and motorway with no fun ahead, NORMAL. Unless is raining, cold or snowing, then TRACK.

B road or fast roads pushing, mostly TRACK. I use SPORT when I want to have more fun than going fast.

On track, I’ve tried mostly TRACK. But next time I’d like to compare both track and sport on expert mode/everything off. My gut feeling is that track is the quickest and provides better handling even on dry conditions.

It always stops at the wrong time for me like when your just about to go and stall or it’s not at Optimum oil temp and I hate switching it off when not fully warmed up

First thing I do in any current car is disable Stop/Start if I can, pointless waste of time and added wear on the starter. If you are worried about the enviroment best get a push bike or walk surely?

For me it’s money down the drain. The car is fitted with a suitable starter for stop start, if there was a non stop start option which saved capital cost of car then I would go for that, but seeing as the stop start is there may as well use it.

It’s pretty obvious when the engine stops and when it will restart. I use all the time. Twice I’ve been caught out and that’s because I didn’t give it time to catch up, (I dipped clutch to go just as it did the initial stop) solution was to wait half a second maybe less with clutch in

You can still be better for the environment while still enjoying car it’s not all or nothing. This is the issue at moment everyone is getting polarised. There can be a middle ground.
 
I leave stop start active because if it is stopped sitting at the lights for 2 mins a trip that is 2 mins of crap I am not putting in the air for pedestrians to breathe. I have been caught out 3 times now, putting the car into gear and starting off when it decided just before I put my foot on the clutch pedal it was time for a snooze. So I grab the clutch ahead of time. It is not about fuel saving it is about reducing obnoxious effluvia at traffic lights.

Your 3 cylinder will be sucking in the dirty diesel particulates and cleaning the air.....
 
When I start the car, it all happens automatically. Installed some wiring harnesses.

Engine On

-Start Stop off
-Lane Assist off
-IMT On
-Track Mode On

The best mod is the Lane Assist off.... i hate it sooo much.:))

One more thing I need is: "Expert Mode" ON.

I only use the car for blasts and I'm glad I don't have to push the crap every time.
 
I've gotten better in this. when started the car,
left hand presses line assist while right put's the iMT and sport mode one. after that right hand moves to TC off.
When line assist is off left hand moves to back button to go back from warnings. So technically you can have all off in 5sec.
