GR Yaris (Gen 2) Ceramic Coating Roof Wrap

Hi all, have been ceramic coating the car today and stopped at the roof. Has anyone had any issue with ceramic coating a vinyl wrap?

Nope, it will only take away the satin finish and make it look more glossy.

Hi! I have all my car with a graphene ceramic on, roof included, no problems same finish no shine

IIRC Gen 1 handbook says not to coat it so I never bothered. I did accidentally get some ceramic over spray on the wrap once and didn't last long on that one spot.

Yes I’ve had problems with rain water spotting that won’t budge. If your car lives outside might be better to leave uncoated.

Had it done on mine and not had any issues so far. In fact it made it look better IMO
