Thanks. I got some little merch, a coffee thermos. Perfect to bring in the car when you are out ripping :) But I guess it is up to the dealer what they do? But I think most dealers would have a cover for a new car?
 
I got the full boutique handover, curtain reveal then walkthrough/inspection and got a hamper with champagne etc., and in the dedicated Lexus handover area, no less, as the salesman I was dealing with had moved to the Lexus side since I ordered. Took about an hour.
 
It is so small things the sales persons need to do to make it memorable, easy thing and customers will talk with others and come back .

If you are using google services and had mobile data activated that time you could try looking through your google timeline for that location 🙂

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, in this case, I am not using Google services on a regular basis. Just sometimes maps. But most of the time I am pretty offline. But I don't want to high jack the thread. So better keeping to the awesomeness of Micke's GRY! 🤣😅
 
I haven't received my car yet in the UK, I hope my dealership in the UK will make it a special time for the GR Yaris, dealership and myself
 
Mine has been in Malmö for a week now , how long was yours there until it arrived at the dealer?

Sorry I somehow missed your post. My car went into production last week. I think it was 2.6 or 3.6. It's been a hell of a wait.. and still not over. I wonder how long does the journey last, probably 2 months still.

Updated the first post with all dates. Malmö 23/5 -> dealer in Uppsala 31/5 - Pick up 2/6
