Bat out of Hell
Totally Hooked
I really don't feel confident in fitting them upside down, I have trouble changing these bloody things standing upright
I know what you mean, i switched to Bosch whilst they do work better they look odd...Since this thread has been resurrected, I've switched back to the OEM blades as I disliked seeing the arm of the wiper poking up above the scuttle window line with the Bosch ones.
They didn't whistle or add any appreciable wind noise but I thought it looked cack.
The OEM wipers sit lower so when at rest are all but invisible. No appreciable difference in wiping, really, and they last about the same time, ~12 months.
Only last 12 months, you need to clean your windscreen more often. I've just changed mine after nearly 3 yearsSince this thread has been resurrected, I've switched back to the OEM blades as I disliked seeing the arm of the wiper poking up above the scuttle window line with the Bosch ones.

See my post 4 places above yours.Hi guys, after nearly getting into 20 000km territory with pretty harsh winter experience my wipers are showing signs of well needed retirement
On my previous car I was running aerotwins and I was happy, I am planning to buy them for Yaris as well however I wanted to ask are AR139s up to date or did Bosch change their number?
I am trying to find them in shops in my region, however I cannot find this exact model at all. There are plenty of 600/400 aerotwins available, some stating that they would fit but I am not sure. Most common model I've found is AR601S, it states that they should fit GXPA16 (I assume in this case gen2 is identical). Cheers!
