GR86 Boot cable tube thingy

Just noticed mine is mis aligned and getting squished in the boot when it closes.

Worth checking yours!

Also, which way should it go?

This is one on the demo car points other way and arrow lines up with dot in panel

Mine is like the demo so the 'correct' way around.

(I note the irony of the fact that I only had a look at it and made sure it was ok the other week, when fitting my boot strap @PVGR )

Maybe someone just pushed it in the wrong way at the factory...should be fairly easy to pull it out, rotate, and replace it in the correct orientation. I remember having to remove this part on the old car when threading the cable through it for an aftermarket parking camera.
