GR86 Accent linking the two rear lights

I'm considering running a red line linking the rear two light clusters under the boot lid. To me its crying out for a red accent here for the sake of completeness instead of the black standard piece of trim that exists. Has anyone else done it or considering doing it? If so, how do you obtain a piece of red wrap 1cm wide?
 
PS. can anyone post a photo shopped example of a black car with this done, my IT skills are too rudimentary to allow me to do this!
 
I think there was someone in the UK doing a kit for the MX5 ND, found a pic of it.

Don't think he is after lights fellas, just red trim.

There is another one on his channel that retains the trunk button, it was only uploaded a couple of weeks or so ago, might be in one of the product videos.
 
@Edgey If I was going to do it I would be looking on ebay for an appropriate vinyl film as there tends to be loads of options in terms of colour and sizes. Something like this.

ebay

They sell it in various sizing, from 10cmx10cm which would be worth getting as a sample to check the colour match, then if its ok 10cmx152cm which is perfect as you won't be paying over the odds for material you don't need.
