Maybe. But then I own a white GRY and yet I bought two of the red Otto models too, so we suffer the same affliction.

They are great! I have the Ottomobile 1:18 models of several of my cars – and all in the correct colour except for the Matra and Nissan:
Talbot-Matra Murena
Peugeot 106 GTI
Nissan 300 ZX Twin Turbo
RenaultSport Clio 200 Phase 3
Renault Avantime

and the GRY is in the right colour and spec too

A heads-up for those unfamiliar with their models – unlike some other firms, the resin Ottomobile models have no opening parts.

I have 1:18 models of all the cars I've owned – apart from my Lancia Beta Spider (only 1:43), Dodge Durango III (only 1:30) and my Mini Roadster John Cooper Works (only 1:64 and not in the photo below as I have not assembled it yet):

I love the fact you have models of most the cars you have owned!!

I don't even have pictures of most of the cars i have owned...

Maisto are releasing a 1/24 die cast a little later this year. Sadly looks like a non circuit pack if these images are anything to go by.

I want to use them to replace the wheels on my Otto white GRY. I worked up the nerve to pull one of the original wheels off, but I'd have to take the OZs to a machinist to have them modified to fit. I might just do that.

Arrived today. Colour is a very deep red wine metallic though and several shades darker than Scarlet Flare and more like the classic Ferrari Rubino colour. Silly question but there aren’t different shades depending on region is there?

Hi, you could always get a rattle can mixed up and spray it the correct colour

Independently of what they call the color in different markets, toyota's colour code is 3U5, (and if you check otto's website for this pre-order they also list 3U5 as the color). My guess is that probably someone screwed up the mix at otto... Heard a lot of people who received their models today complaining about the same thing...

Mine arrived today. Color seems a tad darker than expected but maybe I should take it outside to judge it better.
