I prefer cables with TPE or similar coating, to me they are more rigid than the web material. I find usb cables that support 4k (or high speeds (10Gbps/20Gbps) tend to be better quality.
I almost found this out the other day. I turned it on while looking for something and never turned it off. Luckily someone calling to the house spotted I had left it on only a short time later.
No, I also asked for the auto dimming mirror, they didn't offer anything for that. Getting dazzled by vehicle behind is probably more of an issue than the lack of alarm.
I was offered retrofit of an alarm and parking sensors via the ombudsman. I hadn't requested parking sensors because I was already offered them when they were missing from the initial spec. I used this as an example to the ombudsman of Toyota picking and choosing what they would supply and not...
I brought it up at my service just over a month ago. They said they adjusted something (they were also checking for scratches in the glass) and it did make the noise disappear, but it came back the next day 😧
I gave the wheels a deep clean then applied some Geyon Rim EVO. Interesting to see how it holds up over the winter.
I've previously been applying Autoglym ceramic spray the the wheel faces every few months
An alarm already exists for this car in other markets. There is a solution.
Toyota either know it's a pain (costly) to retrofit (maybe loom change), or they have no idea what it would take and can't be bothered to find out.

Some on the US forum say the studs will interfere with the back of the wheel pockets. I didn't have those issues. I did have to get longer wheel nuts because the studs on the spacers were about 8mm longer than OEM and...
They were fine. I wanted to make sure they weren't dark in the daytime. There are no issues even on the really overcast and dull wet days we've had.
The middle rear view mirror is next, that's the worst, I've ordered similar for that.
This is the link, eBay had similar...
I hada 4 wheel alignment after installing camber bolts. It feels alot more tied down and I've not gone for anything aggressive. The settings from factory were probably contributing to a slight floaty feeling at times.
