I spent a lot of time looking at the Octavia vRS, they seem to hold value even better as well as the Cupra. Finding a manual with nice options (heated seats being one) was difficult. The Superb L&K spec with the E888 and AWD look like great comfortable machines, the ultimate sleeper!

Ended up with a Seat Leon Cupra ST 300 estate… very different but needs must. Prices of most cars are shocking right now but that’s helped keep the GR prices up - given the time of year and still having strong prices I expect low milage looked after examples will command strong money for some time.

Winter wheels back on, with (aliexpress!!) TPMS installed. Not yet managed to get them connected up to the car but I’ll persevere. Colour changed to anthracite after having a gold finish last winter - which was poorly done. Cheers!

You’re lucky to have them in the USA, we have to modify ours at significant cost to get those calipers!

Hello, to confirm, the 10 year plans are still available. I took out a 5 year plan this week, including MOT’s, for a total of £2410. 2 full services and 3 intermediates. Although I may regret getting services carried out at the main dealer come MOT time!! Cheers

Agreed - the wheels I bought have now got the TMPS sensors fitted in and will report back when the winters go back on in a few months. I’ve not replaced the tyres, but wasn’t happy with the paint finish so they did them again, this time in anthracite.
