It looks good because it’s a relatively cost effective BBK that can be legally registered on the car in EU countries. That is pretty rare as regulations are very strict. There are other ways to trim balance so that’s less of a worry. A Brembo GT kit with papers is more than twice the price...

@Grblue86 thanks, seen that kit recently also. Looks very similar to the JR Kit. Umbrella seem to be developing some good products for GR86 - their BBK looks good.

Oil to air - it’s the one recommended for track use.

I went with the JR kit in the end. Shipping and import tax means it’s not the cheapest, but it’s a well thought out kit and relatively easy to install. Rock solid temps on the track too.

Looks like a good option - all brackets, lines etc included. Also thinking about Verus brake cooling at some point too, and the side mount location of this cooler looks like it may interfere with the hose rooting from that kit.

What oil coolers are people installing? Looking for a self install kit to keep track oil temps down. the popular kits over on the other form are not available in the EU - the Jackson Racing kit seems like a great self install option, though they don't have an EU distributer. Interested in...

I had a track biased alignment done to the car (Not factory specs) + 16MM Whiteline camber bolts. The factory alignment was very far out. It feels like a different car now. Very stable, No oversteer on turn in, balanced. Getting this done is the single best improvement you can make to the car.

Haha, well sorry to for the sparrows :), Its interesting to hear this combo works so well. My approch with the car is to invest in getting the car bullet proof for repeated laps before other mods - Brake capacity / cooling, oil cooler first. Then coilovers, wheels, tyres, etc later.

Nice car + Mods. I also have a red one. I've heard that red cars come from the factory 0.5 /lap faster than any other colour :) How do you find cooling + pads + fluid sufficient for track work? I was weighing up going this route vs going directly for a Megan III RS BBK.
