We would SORN ours over winter as it's garaged and not driven but unfortunately it's service date is early January so has to come out for that. I am thinking of bringing the service forward a few months so that we can service and then tuck her up for 6 months each year.
I’m about to put ours in the market or WBAC it. 2900 miles. Red with ducktail and mud flaps. Garaged and hardly used. Never tracked, occasional second car. Selling because we bought it as a funday family car with a toddler and literally never used it as such. Have just bought a Subaru as second...
We are sadly selling our manual red GR86 because after 2 years it's barely used as you can tell from the mileage. The car is like new and located near Windsor, Berkshire.
I will get some more pictures as soon as the weather improves and we get it out of the garage. We were not expecting...
Quite possibly - It's all in a box following the upgrades. Unfortunately our garage is not at our house so I'd have to go down there. I can do that and take some photos. Drop me a DM and we can exchange details.
I have some front suspension bits for a Caterham (Sigma 1.6), it's the original narrow track which was upgraded to wide track when I raced through the Caterham Series. DM me if you are interested, I can take some photos. Probably still have the narrow track steering rack too.
I installed before collection so never saw it without, I was in two minds about it, but understood (possibly incorrectly) that fitting by the dealer before collection made it easier from an insurance point of view.
I'm still in two minds about to be honest.
Red was also the colour that the car was promoted in. My rule of thumb is always go for the colour that the manufacturers primarily promote in as they feel that’s how it looks best.
Personally I think it’s closer to orange (like Porsche guards red). especially when parked next to our other red...
First drive since collection.
Left home in pea soup, parked in public car park, returned to find a water pipe had burst above it and then followed a gritter home…
Lucky I don’t plan on flipping.
Left knob and very obvious dimples on a Jan 23 delivery here. Our other car had it on the left, then an update moved it to the right. I am just genuinely glad this car actually has knobs, buttons, stalks and a dashboard to be honest. I think those features are going to be appreciated as much as...
I've been a big fan for years. Finding it a little bit fake/hyped recently and 2021 was a real disappointment. I've been to a few races, was lucky enough to win Paddock Club tickets for Silverstone once. I had the bucket list of trying to drive as many of the F1 tracks as possible. I've done...
I asked the supplying dealer, they ordered on the Thursday and fitted on the Friday before collection if I recall. I also asked our local dealer and there was no problem there supplying and fitting either.
Both dealers were also able to supply and fit the ducktail (which was done by the...
Same as was on the Elise/V6 Exige, I was particularly disappointed with that when I drove the other day.
Does anyone feel the standard gear knob is rotated slightly to the passenger side? I am wondering if that was the design for RDH models and never got adjusted for us on the production line...
I'm not doing it, the factory fit look a lot better in my opinion, also from what I've seen it's camera or radar representation on the screen, not both - is that correct?
Having driven and maneuvered the car a bit I have to say visibility far better than I expected. The ducktail also helps...
