I ended up buying one!!

I was told I could test drive one and then told I couldn’t as I did not have an order. Asked them if this was the dealer or Toyota policy and did not get an answer. Contacted Toyota GB for clarification and was told that ‘ any customer should be able to drive a demo vehicle’ Had a call back...

The demo GR’s are available to test drive even if they don’t have stock or the customer does not have an order.

Every GR centre has been allocated 2 cars to sell, 1 for March delivery and 1 for later on this year. That’s 116 cars in total which could well be the 25 UK allocation. This means that the Gen 2 will be much rarer than the Gen 1 with 4500 registered in the UK.

Wanted GR25 WRC Registration Number Has someone bought this number and are not planning on using it, please let me know. Thanks

Good news. What colour are you getting and are you having to pay the latest price?

Why dont you call the dealer and ask for your order number as they took the deposit. One dealer I contacted wanted £500 to put my name on their cancellation list though and I declined the offer.
