the hjs is very expensive.....and to be fair, the too short hose and the too long pipe are problems that are very easy to fix. sure, it should fit out of the box...but it could be some point of "additional safety" when fitting to a non-oem opf / catback. cutting is much easier than if it would...
the forge inlet does not eliminate inconsistent boost / throttle reduction in my car.
But it looks like you can eliminate when dyno-tuning the car with cracked stock ecu.
I see no reason too why boost should be cut at around 1,3 bar what I can see sometimes in 6th gear.
is it just throtteling boost in 1st and 2nd gear?
could be tomprotect drivetrain then......didnt see that throtteling when dynoing ... what is usually made in 5th gear ?!?
is there any good setting for standard performance suspension ? I need to do an alignement too soon and want to have some values that Imcan tell the mechanic
if one could live without rails, you could gain another 3 cm.
For me the main issue was not the height, is was the view towards passengers side. so removal of the rear mirror (street or track) would be the biggest improvement in view. def. cheaper than 2 new Recaros ;)
What I read about performance in here, I think gpf is a huge bottleneck...maybe that bottleneck, so if ecu tuning the car you maybe gain more that 10hp :(
For a company like HJS it looks like it was very easy to develop a cat...dont know why they wont develop a gpf
