the way we would see it is that vehicles of a certain value would have to have a particular level of security but generally that would be trackers etc. the underwriters we use don't necessarily offer a 'discount' for security, generally, newer vehicles have a standard Thatcham approved cat 1/2...

Got it second guess! knew it was a of some sort from the first one but didn't know how specific you needed to be. i mean its probably a good thing i managed to get it, would have been slightly awkward if I hadn't!
