Yes I believe the outside diameter of the tyre is the same on an 18” wheel as a 17” wheel, it’s the tyre profile that changes to accommodate the wheel size
In my opinion yes, if there were two identical cars one with dealer servicing and one with independent servicing, I would always opt for the dealer servicing. I would personally not buy a 3 or 4 year old car if it had independent servicing

I think if you price it at the £23-£24k mark you will attract the track day guys and gals, they won't worry too much about the mileage, they just want a weekend track day toy they can mod for the track. It's more cost effective for them to buy a cheaper higher miles car. GLWTS (y)
