Air filter arrived earlier this week - fitted today. What should have been a 2 minute job somehow took them 30 minutes . . . . must have coincided with someone's tea break. £33.02 inc VAT for the filter, which is Toyota list price.
2nd service - check that they change the key battery - and consider changing the one in the spare key yourself - easy DIY job - battery is a CR2032 - "how to" video here:

3rd service and MOT done earlier this week. Service done as per the "intermediate" schedule, apart from having the air filter changed @ 3 years/30k miles . . . . even though the dealership had several week's notice they didn't have the filter in stock, which was a tad annoying - will go back to...
Worth considering a GR86 service kit from www.toyotadirectparts.co.uk - currently £95.32 inc delivery and VAT and which also includes air and cabin filters.
Easy tell-tale would be to wrap some masking tape around the hose at the "rubbing" location and see if there are marks on the tape a while later; no marks = no rubbing.
Just renewed with Churchill - £392 (which is £115 less than last year) for fully comprehensive including legal cover, protected no claims and roadside breakdown cover. Happy :).
