We stayed in Lochinver, Ullapool (E5 petrol @ Lochbroom Filling Station) and Gairloch on the W coast. We used Google Maps to search for B&Bs and hotels in an area and could then give specific dates to check for availability via booking.com. Quite a few had a minimum of 2 nights as a requirement...

We spent £875 on 8 nights of accommodation (B&B & hotels) and £240 on fuel (E5 apart from half a tank of E10). Probably a cheaper time of year to do it at the moment. No midge problems either!

Not much I can add to all of the excellent test drive reviews posted so far, except perhaps for a scenic view of the Gateshead demonstrator taken on Friday. Looking forward to taking mine on the North Coast 500 in April. You'd think it could get from Derby to my dealer by then 🤔
