I do like the look of them but seems like they weigh less than the original. The main reason why I changed my gear knob was the extra weight. I found it helped my shifts.

I agree. I don't use my GR86 as much as I should (WFH, OCD concerns and S.E England traffic) and sometimes consider selling. Then these articles remind me why I have it and there really isn't anything else for the money. Keep it!

That does look neat! I thought that the sharkfin antenna also did GPS. However, I have now found GPS is received using a standard GPS puck antenna somehwere in the dash.
