Fitted Michelin Cross Climate 3 Sport's (225/40) on the OEM wheels and then went for a 2 day, 300 mile drive around the highlands. What a difference! Road noise is significantly better and the extra grip gave me a lot more confidence, and I kept up with the Porsche's!!

I'm a bit late to the conversation but I've used Ding-goes (07949 068053) to remove a awkward dent near the driver's door hinges on my car late last year. He's based in the central belt and carried on working on the dent long after I couldn't see it!

I did something similar last week - thanks for the link to the car cover it makes a huge difference although takes a bit of practice getting it on and off! I find I'm now getting lots of 'what have you got under there?' comments!

I drove the silver one at Newbridge over 6 moths ago and it'd been kerbed already! I'd give any demonstrator a body swerve, they've all been thrashed - I did 😁

Wow! That's terrible that it could even get to the dealer, never mind being shown to you! Really poor service from a company that's built it's reputation on quality! Good luck with whatever you purchase.

That's really poor! I stopped using Halbeath because the sales process got really bad and moved to Newbridge where I've had good service for the last couple of cars but all from the same sales rep. He helped me with the purchase of my GR86 but at handover I found they'd moved him to used cars...

Once you've driven it, all the ordering / dealer/ delivery problems just disappear behind a big cheesy grin!

I collected mine form there and didn't have any problems. Since you've paid for the car, I would be quite insistent and demand to see it and a change in sales rep! I think a general issue is the dealers are only getting about £500 for handling the cars so they're not particularly invested in...
