A special day for me... I actually wanted to lease the GR and then take it over in 3 years.

But since I've already rebuilt too much and I've only heard terrible news about the delivery situation from the Toyota dealer.......

So I decided to buy the car out immediately.

A nice feeling.
In the end, they remember you can't take over the car or something..... I didn't want to risk that.

Gives me a better feeling now for further conversions.

The question why leased and not financed. I saved myself €6000 by doing this, just because of that.

Gone are the days when you saved money by buying a car with cash.

How are you in the UK? The total price of the vehicle also a lot cheaper in leasing?
 
I've got another 12 months of 0% left as that first year of ownership flew by and then I hope I can clear that £18k to buy it at the end! 🤞
I'll be in a better position then to either enjoy it for as long as I can as the 10 year warranty is a bonus or sell for a small profit... Fantastic car either way and a pleasure to own! :)

I just got a loan for the balance as finance is so cheap at the moment. No 0% here, but 1.45% isn't too bad. €15 a month in interest is only a few beers-worth!

It’s gonna be hard to not go modding mad for 10 years lol
