I have taken the delivery of Magnetite Grey recently and it is due to be fitted with duckbill spoiler very soon. It was all booked before I saw the car in flesh. Now that I have the car, it looks pretty good and complete to me even without the spoiler, and I wonder if the spoiler will actually enhance the look, or if it would look like an unnecessary / out of place piece of plastic pasted on the car. I have not seen any car fitted with a spoiler in flesh, but I believe there are fellow owners here who have had it installed, and may be able to share their views on this and possibly share pics of their cars with the spoiler. Thanks!

I’m umming and arring too. I’m unsure of the appearance from the rear but when looking from the front of the car it looks pretty cool for some reason! It just looks so ‘stuck on’ - if it formed a single piece with the existing spoiler it would look so much better. Looking forward to seeing some pics!

Ditto thoughts

It’s all down to the individual, so really hard to advise one way or the other. From my point of view, I’m happy with the way mine looks without it, and the money I saved got me a ceramic coating. Others love it and it’s worth every penny for them. Have you thought about getting the car without first, see how you’re feeling after a few weeks, then getting it fitted later if you still think it’s for you?

I love it and feel it really finishes it off. It was a must for me after seeing all the North American YouTube videos of the Premium model and then seeing the Spanish/European launch and UK videos without it. So no photos though, as I took one of mine when I picked it up which doesn't show the spoiler and then proceeded in getting it very dirty. 😁

I think car looks good with and without. I'm going to run it stock for a while and may treat it to a birthday present with the spoiler in future.

Some good rear comparisons.

I have got the car without it. Now car is booked for spoiler fitting. Need to make a decision now as the car is then due for gtechniq ultra coat right after, and keen to have that done on the spoiler as well for uniform look.

It’s this view that I like - something about that near vertical flick that I think looks really cool. Not so fussed from the rear 🤷🏻‍♂️

So you've already got it installed on yours then?

This is mine. I got it fitted before taking delivery and I wouldn’t change it. Maybe it’s because I have one but I see the original line and feel like something would be missing without it.

In some pictures, it looks quite full on but I think it’s actually more subtle in real life (in a good way).

When I saw the US cars I thought it needed it. After seeing more pictures of UK cars I didn't think it was as necessary.
Having said that I have ordered one for when my car arrives.
