Has everyone on the list booked their ticket for their car using the club code, to ensure you have a ticket and a spot on the stand (otherwise the organisers of the event will make you park elsewhere)?

The easy way to check you have a GR Zoo club booking is to check your Japfest order confirmation email which should have 2 attachments, the booking confirmation will show the following, if it doesn't you'll need to contact the organisers and ask them to update your ticket.

I booked mine at the same time, cost me £43 in total, me the mrs and the car in show

You can add them later.

There is a cut-off date for the early-bird tickets (they go up by £5 at some point IIRC), and also at some point there will be no more club tickets available (but that date hasn't been announced yet).

You have to enter a reg number when you book, which you won't have. But you can edit it in your account at a later date (before they send out your ticket!), once you have the car and know the reg. So you can make one up to complete the booking.
