I've paid for my ticket but it says my registration isn't complete, so I haven't booked my tickets. What a stupid system. I don't want to buy another ticket!

Have booked room at hotel though. :)

Got this. How many registrations do I need to complete? Totally confused by this.

There was a button in the bottom right corner after you'd paid that said "Finish" or something. Did you click that? Best bet might be to contact them to check.

Is a shocking site, and 1995 wants it back.
 
For those who have booked - it's worth checking your email booking confirmation which will confirm if you remembered to submit our club code - see example below. If it's not there, you'll need to contact the organiser or see if you can login and update your details before the event, assuming you would like to be parked in the GR-Zoo section. (y)

Just booked too, looking forward to it as last year's event was well attended, good fun and resulted in a light sun burn.

Yep, same issue here, just a blank webpage after pressing ‘pay’ and no confirmation email. I tried a couple more times with the same result and, having checked my credit card account, you guessed it, I’ve been billed three times. I’d have hoped for better from someone charging a £3.99 booking fee.

edited to add: my registration has updated to 100% (was showing as 50%) and I have received an email ticket. Hopefully the overbilling will sort itself out.

Sorted it. Cost me an extra £3.99 to do it for no reason I can fathom. £27.98 in total. Think it was the booking fee, which seems extortionate
