Thanks to @Smiffy for providing a link to the UK sales brochure, on page 24 & 25, it list a Sport Pack which looks like the TRD kit. So these might be available as dealer fit options:

A handful of very early orders that snuck into an earlier shipment but they were mostly into Europe.

All other orders along with a small amount of stock are booked onto a boat at the end of the month that will then be 6-8 weeks.
