fitted both swm kits to mine

for passenger seat i fitted the adapter to the seat along with the rails, fitted the lower adaptor in the car then put seat in the car and used the 4 17mm bolts to fix in position with the seat rails

i will say the small cut out on the passenger seat on the front lh corner needs to be cut away more...

Hi, @TheManWithTheStick I replied to your PM this morning your replacement bolts were sent out via royal mail there was a delay in getting the bolts out as these have been machined bespoke bolts made for our kit.

All new kits shipped out do not have the sliding issues this was a slight teething problem we had which is now been resolved.

If you have the early version of our slider kit and don't have full sliding back & forwards movement please drop me a PM and I will get new bolts sent out to you

are these the 4 17mm bolts/nuts that bolt the sliders in position and you can only fit a washer under the nut and not the bolt head????

if they are then i got the old ones??

plus while on about bolts - what are the 4 machined bolts for on the passenger side fitting kit - they seem surplus to requirements - as no instructions were supplied?

My installer found the instructions useless and had to figure it out by himself, which took far longer and cost more money. And now I have to replace the bolts which means seats out again and more money!

Beta testing a product shouldn't cost us money. I wouldn't buy these knowing what I know now!

oh sorry to hear that!

once i had done the drivers, the passenger seat was sort of a bit of guess work due to the 2 latches on the runners for the seat slider facility...

i just seem to have bolts left over and cannot see/workout where they go or for what, plus the bolts that hold the runners in should really have washers under the heads but cant due to their profile and the bolts that hold the runners on the adaptors are far too long :(
 
Sw Motorsports.... Can you sort these issues? ... As I'm about to buy a set of these for both seats soon. 👍🏼

I will amend the fitting instructions tomorrow morning for the bolt updates. If you are struggling with any fitment issues please drop us a call on 01772 378224 and we can assist. all the known issues have now been resolved and for anyone still having issues we want to get these fixed free of charge

we've sent out a lot of kits now and the feedback we have received has been that the fitment is perfect with no sliding issues. If we don't know you having issues we can't fix them so please contact us direct.

I have assembled the lowering kit with sliders and everything is great! It looks very sturdy (maybe too much weight) but overall I'm very happy with the upgrade!
