Hmm, certainly been an odd couple of weeks, few guys reporting getting the notification through that their car left the factory yesterday, but Capetown Highway was still in the dock at the time.

It is but boats normally go Nagoya - Singapore - Suez - Livorno or Sagunto then Bristol.

Capetown Highway is showing as going to Shanghai, not to say it's not got GR's onboard but very unusual if it has as it'll take longer to get to the UK.

I think there could be UK bound GR's on Morning Crown. It went to Yokohama then Kobe, Singapore and is now showing Suez. It left Nagoya on the 17th.

If that's correct Lydden which left on the 28 is presently heading to Yokohama. It left a couple of hours before Capetown Highway.

Maybe the route is shifting or as you say it could be on those other boats. I wonder if they were at the same berth as the previous boats to load?

Brasso, we all appreciate the updates you have been providing even though you already have your car, it seems you now have a few apprentices that will help with shipping updates if you're now available.

It's comforting to know we have more ship mates onboard

I got the VIN and is a JT order.

Is it possible with this info know in which boat the GR comes?

I´m in Portugal so i guess my T here doesn´t appear that type of info.

I only get the VIN, put it in the my T but nothing more then the Id of the car appear. No tracking or info about left the factory.

With only the VIN is possible to get any more info?

I guess for Portugal the boat will arrive at Barcelona and then from there to Portugal will come in truck transport.

It will be dropped off at Sagunto, but without My T it’s hard to say which boat. Do you have a delivery date?

Yep, the ETA from the dealer is actually 24 of July. Any idea of boat info he he he :) ?

So shipping appears to have changed, there has not been a boat leaving recently that's gone straight from Nagoya to either Singapore or Suez, the last that did this being Virgo leader which is about to dock in Livorno.

All boats since seem to be stopping off at other Japanese ports. Some boats have left for Shanghai - they have done this in the past, so presumably, these are not carrying UK bound GRs.

Morning Crown, Capetown Highway and Heroic Leader all have stopped at the right birth but then are going to other Japanese ports first.

The ETA for Heroic Leader @Suez indicates it's off somewhere else first - perhaps the Middle East, so it seems unlikely it's got UK bound GRs onboard - unless, of course, the ETA is wrong.

I had hoped to get to October when the last UK GRY's were originally due to arrive but with the apparent increase in challenges of the tracking ships and current work commitments, I'm not going to be able to dedicate enough time to track the movements going forwards, so after 17months I will take this opportunity to hang up my Fleet Admirals hat.

So there is a complete record of the tracking the image below shows all the boats and timings to-date.

Yeah thanks so much for all of your tracking, it’s been an interesting addition and much appreciated in the long wait for my car.

I ‘think’ my cars on Virgo Leader as my ETA to final destination is the 4th July and the dates seem to line up with that.
Echoing thanks to Brasso as without his efforts I’d have missed out on this new experience of tracking ships!
