I think the cut off varies from event to event when they confirm the site plan and they allocate areas to clubs and mark it on your E ticket 👍

After that date you would normally be allocated to park in the Japanese 🇯🇵 Area, if they still have space.

I'll try and get you a Hi-Vis jacket, a lanyard and a clipboard so you can organise the display. :geek:

The Celica Club used to / may still have a lady who organised their parking at SCITP and gave VERY CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS how to park up , 100% compliance 👍😂

I'll be heading up from Barnsley, so happy to meet up on the M1 / A1 somewhere. Won't be batting it though as I'll have the dog with me (And the brother-in-law who craps himself every time I tickle the loud pedal :ROFLMAO:)
 
I’ll be coming across from Cumbria, so won’t be able to meet before arriving… give us a wave if you see us though!

Not 100% sure yet, but I'll probably be there quite early, so approx 9am.

Just paid for my ticket and looking forward to going to my first big meet. Went to a smaller one with the Celica TS.
I will be joining the A1 at Flaxby coming from Bradford so if anyone knows a place north of there to join up together and drive in as a group - but I am like Sticky - steady driving. If not we can all arrive separately.
Mine might be the only non modded standard car there.

P.S. I have three hardly used Dunlops I took off to fit the PS5 tires. I used one on the Bola B9 wheel I bought and use that as a full size spare when the back seat is down.
If anyone wants a tire for a full size spare I will bring it up. I think £15 each is a fair price for someone who needs a tire. PM me if you want one or more.

I will be coming to A1M from Doncaster so setting off I hope just before 8 am will aim to be on the A1M for 8am, then it's about an hour driving at the speed limit.
