I've been toying with the trd front lip for some time...this looks perfect from the angle in the picture.Went for an autumnal blast via the B roads in the Kent countryside to my local lake to stretch mine and the GR’s legs and get some fresh air. Instant mood lifter

Did you fit it yourself? If so is it plug and play or does it require drilling?

Changed to winters too.
And in a first for me, I actually could be arsed cleaning the wheels that came off. Ceramic’d them too. Even the inside!
Cup 2s were on for about 4k km and still have life left in them too so will be good for at least the first part of next summer. Nice.

I didn’t fit it myself but it does require drilling for the side pieces. You probably could 3M it in place but even at standard ride height it does occasionally catch so you want it to stay attached. It’s a very sturdy and well made piece that changes the front end a lot and is my favourite mod tbh.

Took the car on a couple of hours drive down to a rodeo over the weekend. Found some great twisty roads along the way too!

Ordered a new OEM RH Engine mount, LH Engine (uprated superseded part number) Mount and new Torque mount from Amayama. After many heat cycles and dailying my Yaris they feel tired and soft. Way cheaper than buying from Toyota here in Estonia.

New Braid fullrace A in 17x7 et35 with Nokian Hakkapeliitta 01 tyres fitted. Car feels way more lively on skinnier winters compared to last years winters.

Nothing exciting but a subtle colour change after the same setup for 4.5 years. Before…

Also went for a decent lunchtime drive yesterday, there was a road closure so it was really quiet and was able to go a little bit quicker than usual. Think it’s made me remember why I bought my car and tracked ships for months, refreshing the build tracker etc and it’s cemented its place in the garage. The excitement has obv settled down and I don’t go on here nearly as much now, suspect others are the same, but still so glad I have one and know I’d regret selling it for something else. Anything in future will just have to be an addition rather than a swap.

I'm 4 years into my ownership and still remember the anticipation of my cars arrival. Many of us became experts in shipping rather than petrolheads. I still adore this car. Is there another car out there that can match performance and price ?

And when somebody found that if you went on the Toyota build tracker in developer mode, you could see the actual ETA in a line of code! I remember the dealership being puzzled that I knew more about it than them.
