Yes winter wheels are at the ready, but I'm one tyre down after my bump in December, which dragged the tyre off the rim. They put an old mismatched tyre on and it's held air fine since then, and no visible damage to the tank-like speedline wheel so I'm eyeing up trying a set of the Crossclimate 3 Sports on them and hopefully won't need a new wheel. There's still over half the tread left on them though, seem to last forever!
The Tyre Reviews YouTube channel and website is great for this stuff.
The new Bridgestone scored highly for handling and fun and it feels it. Tyre wear doesn't bother me too much at that price, and when splitting out my mileage across two sets. Some of the offers at the moment are putting them at around £85 per tyre for a set of 4 fitted which seems like ridiculous value to me.
The red door handles are partly due to laziness, but I do quite like them, and they protect a bit from my better half's rings
