I know I'm not alone in experiencing a flat battery on multiple occasions. It has got to the point that I'm considering an upgrade. Has anyone else? I've found this battery, do you think it's worthwhile?

Looking at those terminals that particular battery is 'Reverse Polarity'. The UK cars have 'Direct Polarity' batteries, which means they have the positive (red) terminal on the Left when looking face-on. Something worth considering when it comes to cable lengths, routing etc,. as installing it the wrong way around could be a disaster ...
I have experienced a flat battery a few times, usually during the winter months when the car is used less and it's colder so not good for a battery keeping it's charge.
To try to combat this, I got a AA solar panel to place on the dashboard to keep the battery topped up. I've had it about three months so cannot say if it fixes the issue during the winter, but it's good during the summer
Definitely interested in replacing the battery with another which will keep it's charge though so interested in this thread.
