Price and date of the Aero performance package should be announced towards end of July. But from my chat with a dealer here in Japan the initial release might even be on a lottery system. Not a first come first served.
But as already stated initially it will be Japan only. As to whether or not the individual parts of the whole set will be an option worldwide is still unknown. If demand is high enough I think it will, after all it’s business…

The GR Yaris Aero Performance (below) will make its first appearance on the festival hillclimb. It is a new development of the universally acclaimed GR Yaris and a perfect example of Toyota’s adoption of motorsport know-how in the creation of exciting road cars. Learnings gained in competition have produced eye-catching, high-performance aerodynamic updates brought together in a special aero package customers will be able to specify for their car. It comprises an adjustable rear wing, new front fender ducts, a front lip spoiler, rear floor cover, additional vents in the lower rear bumper and a motorsport-style vent on the bonnet.
 
The aero package has been officially announced today.
Price is an extra 495,000 yen, approx £2500 or €2800.

Only available on new orders, can’t buy it as parts yet to add to your existing vehicle, either as a package or Individual pieces. And not available outside of Japan. Only on the RZ high performance and RC grades.
When I asked the manager at my local gr garage if it will be sold anywhere else and/or as parts, he said “not yet”. Will it eventually be sold globally ? “Don’t know”. He did however say that the wing was not a simple bolt on addition, due to the rear boot lid and glass being changed to accommodate it.

Toyota have been talking orders since end of July, first customer cars due for delivery end of Oct.
Not really helpful for anyone outside of Japan, but at least it gives an idea on prices if it is eventually sold overseas.

It's been awhile now and individual parts can be purchased separately in the UK. I am also interested in the rear spoiler on my Gen 1. Have you installed the rear spoiler yet?

A tip I forgot to add -

The 3 x threaded studs on the wing are quite sharp & could easily mark the paint accidentally. I’d recommend using a bit of insulation tape or vacuum caps for temporary protection when positioning. Especially if you’re going solo at it.

Its shape is clumsy & awkward. Can’t be too careful!
