GR Yaris GR-Yaris Rally2

Oh was calling is sidewinder as turbo is on the side of the engine.
In their WRC car they used Garrett GTR 2557 R but think rally2 car has different turbo.

I'd love to get my hands on one of those TGR-WRT trunk lid badges you can see on the opposite side of the GR-Four badge !
Edit : on the Rally1 cars and on the Recce cars

Debut of Roope Korhonen in the European Rally Championship this weekend.
It was the Hungary Rally, one of the most harsh and tough rally overall, and, of course, he won it!
The only GRY present in the Rally2 entry list won against a fierce army of Skoda Fabia, Citroen C3, and Fiesta ST

Somebody on here was making replicas at one point but I can't seem to find the post for you.

Since it's someway Rally2 related, I post it here.

Oliver Solberg, undisputed leader of Rally2 current championship, had the chance to drive a GRY Rally1 in Estonia this weekend.
And he won it hands down, leading it from stage 2 to the finish line, winning the most of the stages, and keeping at comfortable distance champions like Tanak, Neuville, and Rovanpera for the whole rally.

Fantastic achievement, and I guess Pajari and Katsuta should watch their backs in TGR-WRT from now on.

Btw, I always thought that White GRYs are quicker than Grey ones... ;)

Amazing week of Rally until my little lad ended up in hospital with the most insane stomach bug Ive ever encountered - he's now home and happy after a night on a ward. Meant I missed Sat and Sun - boo! But we got Rally Finland in a week and a half so not all bad.

My best bits of the weekend were meeting Juha Kankkunen briefly. Legend. Seeing Oliver win even if I only got to see him in shakedown/SSS1 Tartu1. The rest of it from hospital an iPad with RallyTV. Watching opening ceremony with the boy in the sun.

Cool that I was kind of there for Olivers maiden win, as I was in a cold wet Welsh forest 23 years ago for his father's maiden WRC victory too on WalesRallyGB!

Got loads of compliments on my GRY when parked in Tartu City, before the opening ceremony. Mainly from Finns and Poles!

Bring on a trip to Jyväskylä, Finland!
