Do they do other colours for this special version?

Good clean underneath ready for next week when I eventually get round to spraying some Lanoguard on the underside and some waxoyl in appropriate areas.

I do have some thick foam blocks on top of the axle stands to protect the jacking points, that should alay the fears of people like me who would be cringing at a pic like this 😆

Random question if I may @leman - what's your jacking sequence to get it up onto all four axle stands? I can't get my head round it when I try and always end up doing one end at a time. It's the front that's particularly awkward as you can use the centre lifting point on the rear.

Cheers,

Chris

There’s a jacking point on the front as well. You will likely need to drive it onto something a bit higher like a piece of wood to allow the jack to clear as my low profile one is still too high.

Exactly what I did, then forgot to block the front wheels on the way down and got my low profile jack stuck 😳

Installed MFF mudflaps today, quick job, less than 1 hour. Rear ones are bit trickier, there is some guide on how to adjust them to be straight, but bumper is very soft, so it goes a bit how it pleases. There is two height level choices of installing.

Got this bad boys used last week.
Things are starting to get serious.
Will install them after winter, let's see how they behave on the street. If it is too harsh or low, I will sell them as my car sees the track 4-5 times a year, but it is driven on the streets every week.

My Velo seat is my only mod. Makes every drive more exciting.

I did the engine oil and brake fluid with my son today.

I know what you mean. The standard seats are great but sitting much lower and with the sense of connection a bucket seat gives is transformative.
Just wish I had bought it years ago!

Which variant are those?

I only hear good things about KW so they really seem to know what they are doing.

Bucket seats do make a huge difference.
I've had my Pole Positions for about 2 years now and they're the single most important mod I've done to the car, given that they've made the car much more ergonomic to use, thus making it more special and also more comfortable to use when driving quickly. I can highly recommend this mod to anyone that is still on the fence.

I went for a drive round Hampshire and West Sussex on my favourite roads to calibrate myself to the new car before chucking the winters on in the next few weeks.

Lots of other nice cars on the road but the only other GRY was another mk2 in white.
