Hello guys, a quick introductory. This is John and recently got a used 21' GR Yaris with just less than 1k miles on it.
Currently with a TRD Kit that comes with the dual exhaust. The goal is to reach 300-330whp at the wheel . not hub type dyno.
also still with stock ECU on it and stock internals and plan to keep it way for now:D

Currently researching a couple things to add one by 1st qtr 2025. What is the feedback with Airtec?

Custom Tuning
Airtec Intercooler & bigger pipes
Airtec Oil Cooler Kit
Airtec Gearbox Torque Mount
Goodridge BrakeLines
Endless BrakePads

Any recommendations? Should i stick with stock air intake ? and also downpipe. Thank you!

Hi :-)

I am using an Airtec intercooler and auxilliary radiator. My car has a stock ECU map. The IC is very well balanced, noticeably improves response, lowers temps, and does not add turbo lag (I am using stock piping). The auxillary radiator works well when tracking the car. Cool down laps are more efficient with it. Some of my colleges are tracking cars with full stage 3 Airtec kits and mapped ECUs. I only heard good things.

If you are planning on increasing power to over 300whp, I think you should aim for the stage 3 kit.

About intake, Forge inlet duct (FMINLD1) does wonders and still keeps OEM filtration.

Il take look at the stage 3 airtec kits considering i live in a tropical country. I saw that Forge inlet duct (FMINLD1) but man, the price. Too expensive:D
Any other options?

Hello guys,

what's your take on

AIRTEC

QUICK SHIFT

STAGE 3 INTERCOOLER

STAGE 3 OIL COOLER

Collins Performance CP Torque Mount

SWAVE & SUMMIT REINFORCED STEERING RACK BRACE

custom tune.

What do you guys recommend for GPF delete pipe? The Yaris now has a TRD Exhaust. I think its 2.5inches swell.

Planning to make it 300whp without too much noise for daily use.

Thank you!

GPF/OPF delete pipe is just a piece of straight pipe. I think you cannot go wrong with it.

If I am not mistaken, you need much more than what you listed in order to achieve 300whp. At least you will need full exhaust (downpipe with sport cat included), cams, and valve springs. Maybe even upgraded turbo or better fuel?

Hi guys for the helscoop system, i find it a bit flimsy and the area where it connects. Did you do any remedies? Thanks

Sorry but you have no chance of making 300whp with what you've listed.
