My dealer has said it's the press campaign launch on Monday with orders to follow a week or two after this.
Getting close......see what happens Monday?

Looking like Order books officially open w/c 11th April with first deliveries July 🤞😎
 
Having just spoken with my dealer I can confirm all the above. Also 4.9% on PCP for anyone waiting on that info.

the GR86 Is at 4.9% with a Deposit of £4,777 to reach £299 per month which is at same monthly as when GR Yaris was available with no deposit! All part of strategy to restrict sales numbers with positive impact to profit margins !

Hope I'm wrong but gut feeling it will be 4.9% across the board, possibly 1.9% over 2 years, but 0% looks unlikely based on the current 'offers'.

I've also had an email from my dealer today. The price is okay assuming it's the Premium, but that boilerplate finance quote is shocking. I make it a total of £33,805 or nearly £4k in interest. Hopefully there'll be a competitive 2 year option.

The interminable wait for information has given me time to realise the folly of committing to a car that I've never seen, much less driven. I'm waiting for a test drive and if there are no build slots left, so be it.

Several of us are in the same situation of not committing 100% until we have had a test drive , even if that delays getting a car 🤔
 
The finance Apr is common now with the supply situation and interest rate rises.

Definitely looks like the more desirable/in demand the model the higher the APR, which is simple market economics. Which made the GRY at 0% bargin of the century 🤔

I‘d say it’s a result if we see 1.9% on the GR86 but fear it will be 4.9% , starts to make a Supra look like a good deal 🤔

This info is correct, I went into Tamworth yesterday and placed an order and signed the finance paperwork to speed up the process. No other finance offered at this time.
They now have a form with all the dates. Orders placed WC 11/4 with customer cars arriving July 22
 
From what's been said elsewhere there may not be that many cars allocated for the UK in '22 and may go the same way as Germany.

Get in quick folks!
