Route TBC, but probably heading East to the coast?

First meet at Ferrybridge Services for 6:00 am depart, possibly with a visit to NY500 Pickering, with lunch at a pub / chippy / whetever

Won't be an all-dayer, but will run to 2-3PM, obviously you're welcome to peel off home whenever you like if time is an issue.

Possible pick-ups en-route, depending on your location

I could well be interested, but would like to know an idea of the route first as I'm further north than most!
 
Most likely a pootle around the Wolds and North York Moors up to Whitby for lunch, then a pop in to the NY500 on the way back. Obvs if you’re further North it would maybe be better heading home after lunch rather than going back South
 
Hi, would be great to come along, will bring Dimitri with me to meet up before the trip too. Will you be meeting at various spots again?

Would have jumped on this but got drive limits the day after.

Didn't manage to go on your previous one but followed your route a few weeks after. Some cracking roads/ scenery!
 
They will, hopefully, become more frequent. New puppy last year and t'wife working most weekends put a stop to playtime for me for most of the year.

Change of job for t'wifey means more free weekends now, so more things planned
 
Thanks for organising and posting, I'm definitely interested but a 6.00am start with a 1hr drive from North Notts might be marginally too early for me. I'll mull!

I am coming from Skipton, when you last did this we were at Stamford Bridge, happy to fit in with your plans, many thanks as always.

That's a fair old trek just to get to the starting line :oops:

We can meet up with you at Stamford Bridge at 7:00, or just outside Thirsk at 8:00
Their both probably about the same distance for you from Skipton, so just let me know which one works best for you
 
Final (ish) route is 193 miles of nice twisty stuff to the NY500, we should get there around midday depending on pace / traffic, unless we decide to stop off for a bite before we get there.

Almost up to Stokesley to join the B1257 southbound to Helmsley (At legal limits, as it's rumoured to be quite heavily Policed)

That sounds good, which way are you entering that roundabout (before heading for Helmsley) and approx. time ?

Probably easiest to meet in the car park up Clay Bank, (B1257 towards Helmsley) it's 4.5 miles from the roundabout in Stokesley. If everything's going to plan we should be there around 9am.
