GR86 WR73SX? Sapphire blue, A671 Rochdale to Bacup

Around 11AM today passing northwards through Whitworth.
Only the second GR86 I've actually seen on the road.
I was on foot so just stared like a simpleton as it went past

I don't know what the ? stands for, but that's otherwise identical to my number plate. Mine's black though

I was just avoiding using the whole plate as some folks aren't keen on it being made public.
A lot of the plates are very similar as they were mainly registered in batches by Toyota at DVLA Bristol (unless you chose your own).
