Press on the glass from the inside.

I cbf with warranty repairs of this small nature, i drive with the windows down anyway.

Dealership staff are usually so sub-par in the intelligence and reasonableness departments I stay right away except pick up day.

Nothing changes... I'm starting to think it was there before and it's just the normal noise... I don't know... I dirtied the whole glass to test

I have given up trying to fix this noise. I have the same issue - you push from the inside and the noise goes away.

I had the seal (4 years old at that point) replaced under warranty, and made no change to the noise.
