GR Yaris Water spotting on roof

Hello

I recently had a GYEON matte ceramic coating applied professionally to the roof and following a rain shower in the night followed by a sunny morning, the roof is covered in lots of stubborn white marks. Tried normally washing plus tar/water spot remover with no success.

I’ve had the car nearly two years and thought the ceramic coating might make maintenance easier but didn’t expect rainwater to be problematic.

Wonder if there are any products that have been particularly successful on the roof as the textured vinyl wrap is a fairly niche but awkward material to maintain.

I’m considering just removing the coating as it seems the beading properties are exacerbating the issue.

Try a little bit of alloy wheel cleaner sprayed on to a damp wash leather and give it a wipe. Normally will remove water marks with ease.

After four years I’ve never put a single kind of treatment on mine.

It still looks perfect.
