Any body had experience with Toyota with regards to warranty after having the exhaust changed.

as far as my experience in Germany showed and some other told me. Warranty expires with all changes on the car that are not ABE (general operating permit) conform. So if your exhaust or your wheels didn't have these in Germany you would indeed loose Warranty and so you are up to good will of the manufacturer. In Germany it's called "Kulanz"... and you better not bet on this

Germany is super strict though. A lot more leeway in places like the UK.
If the exhaust could be implicated in the failure of another part then you’d be on shaky ground, but given it can’t really affect much I’d say you’re good.
An exhaust swap is much less likely to cause any problems compared to, say, an intake which could be argued as affecting almost any downstream component.
Turbo failure? “Inadequate filtering leading to excessive compressor wear, Sir. Denied!”
